Rental complaint box

Customers can also rent a complaint box from Neighborhood NoiseNow. The rental of the complaint box is then for example for half a year or a year including the periodic calibration and insurance of unattended equipment. The client then receives a thorough training in how to handle the complaint box and how it should be placed. During the rental period the customer can always contact our helpdesk with questions.

The advantage of having one's own complaint box is that the housing consultant himself keeps contact with the tenant and thus has everything under his own control and planning. Afterwards the client can decide whether or not to outsource the analysis to BurenlawaaiNu. This keeps the costs down and a tool is available that can be used immediately.
